Mosaic (Teesdale) Limited, hereinafter called Mosaic standard Terms and Conditions:
Customers must approve the quotation in writing and agree to our standard terms and conditions before Mosaic commences on the requested work.
If a customer does not operate their own purchase order system, then they must return a signed and dated copy of quotation to enable us to proceed.
A quotation given by Mosaic is fixed for a period of thirty days from the date of its issue. Acceptance, either in writing or by email within this timeframe, will be deemed binding by the Customer to these terms and conditions of business and the quotation itself.
Quoted or estimated prices are based upon our current costs and unless agreed otherwise in writing are subject to amendment at any time after acceptance of the quotation to meet any rise or fall in such costs.
Invoices will be raised on completion and delivery of the work: payment of invoices will be due 14 days after date of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.
VAT will payable at the current rate on all contracts where applicable.
All artwork, designs, printing, illustrations, compact disc graphics and other work or services provided by Mosaic are copyright protected and will remain the property of Mosaic until such time as the invoice for that work is paid in full and all other debts owing to Mosaic have been discharged. No part of any material produced by Mosaic may be reproduced by the Customer, unless prior written agreement is obtained.
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
No variations in these terms shall be binding on Mosaic unless confirmed in writing by Mosaic.
